They are an e-commerce scale up that has quickly become one of the main suppliers of equipment and products for the hospitality industry in the Netherlands, and are now growing fast in other countries too. Germany is a market with huge potential and this is your chance to become part of it!   A typical day in the office After a chat with your colleagues over a morning coffee, you begin your shift at your desk, opening all the systems you need to prepare yourself for the inquiries of the customers. This will be handled via incoming phone calls, emails and chat messages. The customer comes first here, and you will be in charge of providing the highest possible service. Questions can range from inquiries about pre-sales consulting, preparing offers, after sales service amongst others.
